Nexus Interactive raises £1.5m in a seed round led by Animoca Brands and Jump Crypto to expand its gaming ecosystem.

Nexus Interactive is a web3 gaming company that has developed flagship titles and built a community across multiple initiatives. The firm creates games and provides publishing and community growth services.
Nexus Interactive has secured £1.5m in an oversubscribed seed funding round led by Animoca Brands and Jump Crypto, with participation from Maven Capital and other backers. The capital will be directed towards developing its web3 gaming ecosystem, which includes an in-house development studio, a publisher for third-party games, and an AI-driven community growth platform.
The company has already built two flagship games, including its leading 3D trading card title Everdawn Champions, alongside a mobile base-building game and a post-apocalyptic MMO. Following the raise, Nexus Interactive plans to launch its NXI token later this year to serve as a utility and governance token across its gaming ecosystem.
