Medical device company Nebu~Flow has secured £1.7m in an oversubscribed funding round led by Foresight Williams Technology. The transaction also saw participation from Science Creates Ventures, Ascension Life Fund, and SIS Ventures. The capital will be directed towards accelerating product development and advancing the company commercialisation strategy.
Spun out from the University of Glasgow, Nebu~Flow builds surface acoustic wave nebuliser architecture designed to improve drug administration efficiency and accommodate biologics that are typically incompatible with standard devices. The company operates within a global nebuliser market valued at over $1bn.
