Mycarneedsa raises £400k in new funding to expand its automotive repair comparison platform.
The fresh capital follows £1.5m in previous investment secured since the company launched in 2014.

Northern Ireland comparison platform Mycarneedsa has secured £400k in fresh funding, bringing its total capital raised to nearly £2m since its launch. The latest investment supports the platform, which allows vehicle owners to post required repair jobs and receive competitive bids from a network of approved garages.
The company has experienced rapid traction since starting operations in October 2014, attracting over 70,000 visitors and signing up more than 3,000 automotive service providers. Previous capital backing includes £500k from Halo angel network members and support from the NI Co-Fund.
