Origin Capital led the seed investment, which will fund team expansion and technology automation.
Muve is a law firm providing residential conveyancing services supported by process automation and an off shoring facility. The firm operates within the UK property market.
Law firm Muve has secured £1.1m in a seed funding round led by Origin Capital, with participation from the Angel Co-Fund and MI Investment Holding. The capital will be allocated towards building a large estate agency field sales team, advancing the firm automation capabilities including its muveAI platform, and monetising property transaction data services. This investment follows the firm rapid entry into the top tier of UK conveyancing providers within three years of operation.
The transaction brings new board representation, with Tim de Vere Green of Origin Capital and William Berry of MI Investment Holding joining as non-executive directors. They will work alongside the existing board comprising Muve founders David Jabbari, Dan Watkins, and Claus Werner as the business seeks to expand its market share.
