Property firm Movewise has secured £600k in seed follow on funding, bringing its total capital raised to £1.1m. The round was led by Hambro Perks early stage venture fund and Paul Forster, with participation from new angel investor Simon Franks.
The company has experienced strong commercial momentum over the past year, listing over £60m of properties across the UK while maintaining an 80% sales rate. The new capital will be allocated towards enhancing the proprietary technology platform and expanding operations into the legal and landlord sectors.
