Mogrify secures £12.7m Series A investment led by Ahren Innovation Capital to advance cell therapy programmes
The initial close of the Series A round was led by Ahren Innovation Capital to support internal cell therapy programmes and team expansion.
Mogrify is a biopharmaceutical company developing in vivo reprogramming therapies to address degenerative conditions. Its proprietary platforms use big data and genomics to control human cell fate.
Cambridge-based Mogrify has secured £12.7m in a Series A funding round to advance its cellular conversion technology and internal therapeutic programmes. The investment was led by Ahren Innovation Capital, with participation from Parkwalk, 24Haymarket, and the University of Bristol Enterprise Fund III.
The fresh capital will be directed towards supporting internal cell therapy development and expanding the company's workforce at the Cambridge Science Park facility. This initial close brings total investment in the firm to over $20m since its launch earlier in the year.
