Mina has secured seed funding from FLEETCOR Technologies as the corporate investor takes a minority stake in the British electric vehicle software platform. The capital will support the company as it integrates its home charging and payment reimbursement technology with FLEETCOR's existing UK brands. Mina provides software that connects home and work charging points to directly credit energy suppliers, removing traditional expense hurdles for commercial fleets.
The investment arrives as commercial fleet operators increasingly transition toward electric vehicles ahead of projected market adoption targets. FLEETCOR plans to offer the Mina solution to its commercial customers to expand its holistic charging capabilities across the UK.
