Mimo raises £6.5m from Project A to expand its payment platform and team
Project A led the round with participation from returning investors Northzone and Seedcamp.
Mimo provides a financial management platform designed to simplify global payments and cash flow for small businesses and accountants. The company operates offices in London and Stockholm.
Financial management platform Mimo has secured £6.5m in a new equity round led by Project A. The financing also saw participation from returning backers Northzone and Seedcamp.
The company plans to direct the fresh capital toward developing its business-to-business payments solution and expanding its workforce. Alongside the equity raise, Mimo has established an embedded funding partnership with Froda to provide significant working capital solutions for British small businesses over the coming years.
