London-based esports betting platform Midnite has secured £1.9m in a seed follow-on funding round led by Makers Fund. The capital will support the continued development of its in-house betting platform and cater to a growing waitlist of users.

Since launching its alpha phase, the company has accumulated total funding of £3.4m, drawing backing from existing investors including Venrex Investment Management, GVC, and Betfair. Midnite holds a UK gambling license and focuses its wagering offerings on top-tier competitive titles such as CounterStrike: Global Offensive, League of Legends, and Dota 2.
