Oxford-based startup MeVitae has secured £1.4m in a seed round led by Apex Black. The fresh capital will be deployed to accelerate product innovation and drive expansion across the United States and Canada.
Founded by neuroscientist Riham Satti and computer scientist Vivek Doraiswamy, MeVitae offers a suite of HR tools designed to remove cognitive and algorithmic bias from recruitment. The company counts organisations across finance, government, and technology among its clients.
