Medwise.ai secures £1m in seed funding led by Finance Yorkshire to scale operations.
Finance Yorkshire led the round with support from health-tech investors and deep-tech funds.
Medwise.ai operates a search platform designed for medical professionals and healthcare organisations. The technology aims to reduce the time clinicians spend searching for information during consultations.
Medwise.ai has secured £1m in a seed funding round led by Finance Yorkshire. The investment includes participation from StartUp Health, CalmStorm, and Deeptech Labs, alongside clinician backers and previous investor SFC Capital.
The digital health firm will direct the capital towards scaling its operations and enhancing its sales and marketing reach across the UK.
Stephen Cardwell of Finance Yorkshire is set to join the company board following the transaction.
