Mayku secures investment from Henley Business Angels for its desktop manufacturing platform.

The consumer products firm picked up backing to advance its desktop manufacturing technology.

Mayku develops desktop manufacturing hardware and software that enables creators and small businesses to produce items locally and quickly.

Mayku has secured an injection of capital from Henley Business Angels to support its ongoing commercial development. The enterprise builds desktop hardware designed to let independent makers generate physical items quickly.

The backing comes as part of the company's SEIS qualifying fundraising effort. Mayku aims to decentralise production by placing manufacturing tools directly into the hands of individual creators and small businesses.
