Matillion raises £4m in Series A funding from YFM Equity Partners to expand its cloud integration technology.
YFM Equity Partners has backed a £4m Series A round in Matillion to support its cloud integration platform.
Matillion provides data productivity software that helps enterprises load, transform, and orchestrate data for analytics and artificial intelligence. Thousands of organisations rely on its platform to accelerate time to value from cloud data.
Matillion has secured £4m in a Series A funding round led by YFM Equity Partners alongside private co-investors. The capital will support the company as it expands its cloud-based data integration technology and scales operations.
Founded in 2011, the Manchester-based firm provides structured data integration to the cloud and recently opened an international office in New York. The business serves a growing roster of enterprise and technology clients across the UK, United States and EMEA.
Alongside the funding, YFM has appointed Pieter Knook as non-executive chairman and Brian Gentile as non-executive director to strengthen the board.
