Existing investor Mercia Ventures backed the seed follow on round to support product development and market expansion.
Log my Care develops a software platform that allows care homes and social care organisations to digitise operations. The system helps carers manage patient notes and care plans through a mobile application.
Log my Care has secured £3m in a seed follow on funding round from existing backer Mercia Ventures. The capital will be directed towards establishing a stronger foothold in the learning disability sector, expanding home care capabilities, and developing a new staff scheduling tool.
Founded in 2017, the London-based software provider currently supports over 1,300 care providers and 20,000 patients. The company recently surpassed £2m in annual recurring revenue and is preparing to introduce a GP Connect integration with the NHS.
The investment arrives as the government extends its digital social care records scheme through March 2026. Log my Care is an NHS-assured supplier aiming to scale its patient reach significantly in the coming period.
From the founder
"By giving carers more time to spend with patients and access to better information, Log my Care helps improve the quality of care for those who need it most. The funding will enable us to continue scaling our business in the UK and extend the positive impact the system is making, by increasing the number of patients it looks after from 20,000 to over 100,000."
