Lofti operates a cloud-based property management platform connecting tenants, homeowners, and landlords. The system incorporates contractor booking, document management, and predictive maintenance analytics.

London-based proptech startup Lofti has secured £1.1m in a seed funding round led by Taiwanese family office WoodJC. The fresh capital will be deployed to expand services across the United Kingdom, grow the headcount, and develop the platform community hub. Alongside the financing, the company announced several senior hires across product, engineering, and operations.

Founded in 2020 by Andreas Gkerazis, the platform offers an end-to-end management suite that includes fixed-price contractor booking, document sharing, and predictive maintenance tools. The latest injection of capital positions the firm to accelerate its domestic growth before pursuing wider European expansion.

From the founder

"Since coming to the UK I have been a tenant, home owner, landlord and property developer. This has given me insights into problems within the industry that cause a lot of stress and waste a lot of time and money for all parties. My view is that we need to focus on fundamental needs by creating a community approach where everyone is able to work together to raise standards. This means improving the relationship and communications between homeowners and contractors, and tenants and landlords. By working together we can cut costs, improve satisfaction and give everyone a better deal."
