Loc.tax has secured £2.6m in seed funding to scale its collaborative tax management platform for multinational enterprises. The investment round was led by Cavalry Ventures, with participation from Seedcamp, Mustard Seed Maze, Amaranthine, and various European angel investors. The company plans to use the fresh capital to accelerate platform growth and expand its development team.
The London-based startup was established to address the mounting complexity of international tax regulations and compliance workloads faced by fast-growing businesses. By providing a centralised operating system, Loc.tax allows internal tax teams to streamline workflows and maintain transparency with stakeholders such as auditors and tax authorities.
