Limitless Technology raises £5m in Series A funding to expand operations and develop AI platform

The investment round was led by AlbionVC, with participation from Downing Ventures and Unilever Ventures.

Limitless Technology provides a customer service platform combining artificial intelligence and crowd-sourcing to connect brands with freelance customer experts. The firm serves global corporations including Microsoft, Unilever and Vodafone.

Limitless Technology has secured £5m in a Series A funding round led by AlbionVC, with continued backing from existing investors Downing Ventures and Unilever Ventures. The capital will support the company as it scales its operations internationally and enhances its core platform technology. The firm aims to expand its reach across Europe, North America and Asia while growing its sales and marketing functions.
