Level E Research has secured seed investment from M&G plc, alongside a strategic partnership to develop artificial intelligence investment strategies. Each strategy will launch with an initial backing of £100m, beginning with the AI Smart US fund. The collaboration aims to bring machine learning and data-driven execution to the forefront of asset management. M&G has taken a minority stake in the Edinburgh-based fintech as part of the agreement.
