Laced secures £9.7m Series A funding led by Talis Capital to develop its technology and product offering
The investment round was led by Talis Capital with participation from H&M Group Ventures and existing backers.
Laced operates an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of authentic rare sneakers and luxury goods. The platform provides secure transactions and rigorous in-house authentication for collectors and enthusiasts.
London marketplace Laced has secured £9.7m in a Series A financing round led by Talis Capital. The investment also drew participation from H&M Group Ventures, alongside previous backers BY Venture Partners, Truesight Ventures and several angel investors. The company will direct the capital towards developing its technology platform and enhancing its product offering. This follows a period of significant growth for the platform, which has surpassed $100m in gross merchandise value.
