Ksubaka provides in-store gamified sales, data collection, and marketing tools to help physical retailers engage customers. Its product portfolio includes the Smiles customer research app and the Cloudshelf offline-to-online aisle.

London based retail technology provider Ksubaka has secured £1.2m in seed investment from digital transformation solutions company UST Global. The fresh capital follows Ksubaka's deployment of interactive retail displays and product discovery platforms across international markets. The partnership with UST Global will enable the company to leverage deeper system integrations and expand its reach among major global retailers.

Ksubaka offers various products designed to bridge offline and online retail experiences, including customer research applications and interactive touchscreens. The firm has previously supported multinational brands with large-scale display campaigns and recently introduced remote temperature sensing kiosks to assist retailers adapting to operating conditions during the pandemic.
