Kope AI has secured £5.5m in a seed round led by Socii Capital. The funding will support the company as it advances its digital platform for offsite construction. Additional participants in the round include Autodesk, Saint-Gobain, Barton Malow Ventures, Halkin Private Capital and Luck Investment.
The capital arrives as the construction sector grapples with material shortages, rising costs and labour constraints. Kope AI offers a software solution that connects supply chains and allows firms to incorporate prefabricated elements into their building designs.
