The seed round was led by Barclay Ventures and will fund national and international expansion.
Managed office platform that streamlines the commercial property leasing journey and handles workspace design and supplier management. Founded in London in 2019.
Workspace platform Kitt has secured £3.6m in seed funding to support its domestic and international expansion plans. The round was led by Barclay Ventures, bringing the company's total funding to $7.5m.
Founded in 2018, the company delivers customisable office spaces and tech-enabled management solutions for commercial tenants and landlords. The fresh capital will be deployed to scale operations as firms restructure their workspace requirements.
The business has recorded significant revenue growth as corporate tenants reassess their physical footprint following pandemic restrictions. Its platform connects landlords directly with occupiers while automating routine building management functions.
From the founder
"With flexibility top of the agenda, collaboration, creativity and innovation will be central to office design in a post-COVID world. Space needs to be able to bring teams together, enhancing wellbeing and re-building company culture. We’re bringing together both sides of the equation to provide the best solution for all."

Investor perspective
"The office-leasing industry is in need of huge disruption and Kitt will play a key role in changing how the industry operates beyond COVID. By providing a bespoke solution for tenants, they can plan beyond the next six months and navigate their own version of the office of the future. For landlords, Kitt is offering a chance to market space in a new way that enables them to sell offices worth leaving home for."
