Keyless raises £4.7m led by Rialto Ventures to advance its biometric authentication technology

Keyless has secured £4.7m in a new funding round led by Rialto Ventures. The investment marks the company's first raise since separating from Sift, supporting the growing demand for its privacy-preserving biometric technology in the financial services sector. Previous backers including P101, Primo Ventures, gumi Cryptos Capital, and Ripple's Xpring also feature in the company's investor base.
The capital infusion will help the firm accelerate its market strategy and expand adoption of its authentication solutions. Keyless offers server-side biometric capabilities without storing sensitive personal data centrally, addressing security and regulatory compliance challenges for enterprise clients.
