Kapaga secures £1.5m in seed funding led by Target Global to expand across Europe
Target Global led the seed financing round to support the payment platform's European expansion and product development.
Kapaga provides a cross-border payment platform designed for small and medium enterprises. The cloud-based architecture enables firms to transact across more than 190 countries.
Kapaga has secured £1.5m in a seed funding round led by Target Global, with participation from angel investors Chris Adelsbach, Andreas Mihalovits, and Mark Ransford. The capital will support the company as it expands its operations across the European Union and develops new features including mass global payments and virtual cards.
Launched in 2021, the cross-border payment platform serves small and medium enterprises by offering cloud-based multi-currency transaction tools. The firm has grown to a team of over 20 remote employees and serves more than 150 clients.
