The seed round was backed by Outward VC and B&Y Partners alongside strategic angel investors.
IslamicFinanceGuru operates a UK-based platform providing sharia-compliant financial guidance, comparison engines, and proprietary products. The company aims to improve access to suitable financial services for Muslims globally.
IslamicFinanceGuru has secured £3m in a seed financing round backed by Outward VC and B&Y Partners. The capital injection also drew participation from several strategic angel investors, including senior figures from major financial and technology institutions.
Founded as a blog in 2015, the platform has evolved into an online resource delivering expert content on Islamic finance. The company plans to utilise the new funds to develop a unified, personalised platform that serves as a central hub for Muslim investors.
The business currently attracts more than 120k monthly visitors and maintains a significant following across social media channels, offering services that range from comparison tools to digital Islamic wills.

Investor perspective
"The IFG mission is really simple: we want to help bring a quarter of the world’s population back to even keel. For too long Muslims have not had the same access to investing and finance as everyone else, and we are incredibly motivated to change that,"
