InTouchNow secures £2.3m in seed funding led by Ada Ventures
Ada Ventures leads the seed round to support the development of AI voice agents for general practices.
InTouchNow provides an AI voice agent platform designed for general practices within the National Health Service to manage inbound patient calls. The technology is registered as a Class 1 medical device with the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency.
InTouchNow has secured £2.3m in seed funding led by Ada Ventures, with participation from Exceptional Ventures and Kadmos Capital. The capital will be directed towards advancing artificial intelligence and speech models, expanding multilingual capabilities, and deepening integrations with general practice electronic patient record systems.
The Hertfordshire-based company deploys AI voice agents to handle inbound patient calls for general practices, managing appointment booking, triage data collection, and routine administration. The technology is currently live across more than 150 practices nationwide, helping reduce wait times and ease operational pressure on primary care services.
