The funding round was led by Maven Capital Partners alongside the Finance Durham Fund and The Future Fund.
Intelligence Fusion provides threat intelligence software and consultancy to help organisations understand global risks and protect their operations. The firm combines data analysis with online platforms and live feeds to monitor security incidents worldwide.
Intelligence Fusion has secured £400k in a seed follow-on round led by Maven Capital Partners, with participation from the Finance Durham Fund, The Future Fund, and private backers. The company will direct the capital towards expanding its marketing efforts, growing its customer base, and enhancing its technology solutions. This financing follows the successful launch of its intelligence data feed platform two years prior.
The investment comprises £100k from the Finance Durham Fund, £200k from the government-backed Future Fund, and a further £100k from new and existing private investors. The injection of capital aims to support the business as it capitalises on growth within the global threat intelligence market.
