IMMO operates a technology platform that acquires, upcycles and manages residential real estate portfolios for institutional investors.
IMMO, a London-based residential real estate platform, has secured a $75m Series B equity funding round led by Oak HC/FT. The round also drew participation from Moore Specialty Credit alongside returning backers FinTech Collective and Talis Capital.
The fresh capital will be deployed to accelerate expansion across Europe, support talent acquisition globally, and scale the company's technology infrastructure. IMMO combines proprietary data analysis with physical inspections to acquire and upcycle single-family rental housing for institutional investors.
The company reports strong recent momentum, including significant growth over the preceding six months as it builds out its European operations across multiple offices.
