The funding will support the company as it meets growing demand for transaction banking transformation and helps clients navigate real time, open banking environments.
Sara Castelhano from J.P. Morgan will join the board of advisors following the transaction. The capital injection provides Icon with backing from a major global financial institution while maintaining operational independence.
