Hyperlayer provides modular financial technology that allows banks, wealth managers, and merchants to launch new products without replacing core systems. The London-based company powers advanced account features, rewards programmes, and wealth management tools.
Hyperlayer has secured £30m in a funding round led by global equity specialist CDAM. The capital injection also drew participation from Mouro Capital, Iona Star, and Flintlock Capital, alongside previous backer Susquehanna Private Equity Investments, LLLP.
The company will direct the proceeds towards expanding its product and engineering teams, as well as driving international growth. This financing ranks among the largest early stage European fintech rounds since 2024, reflecting sustained demand for modular financial infrastructure.
The firm currently collaborates with tier-one global banks to deliver features such as programmable accounts and loyalty programmes. Management plans to use the new backing to scale operations across retail banking, commercial banking, and wealth management markets worldwide.
