Ascension VC led the seed round to support the expansion of the social impact platform.
hundo is a social impact business that connects young talent with employers through a metaverse platform and early talent acquisition model. The company aims to bridge the gap between education and employment for Gen Z.
hundo has secured £1.5m in seed funding to expand its operations and scale its platform. The investment round was led by Ascension VC, with participation from Moscar Capital, Outlier Ventures, and several angel investors. The capital will be deployed to accelerate the development of its metaverse education technology platform and increase employment opportunities for young people.
The London-based enterprise has previously partnered with major employers such as Reed Global and BUPA. Following this injection of capital, the firm intends to prepare for a Series A fundraising round in 2022.
