HumanForest operates an affordable and environmentally sustainable micro mobility platform offering shared e-bikes in London. The company combines zero emission transport with an advertising technology model to connect brands with urban commuters.

HumanForest has secured £2.3m in a pre-series A funding round, bringing its post-money valuation to £32m. The capital injection was brought forward to accommodate extended COVID-related lead times for e-bikes as the company prepares for its upcoming launch in London.

The firm relies on an advertising-led revenue model that permits users ten minutes of free daily riding. Following a trial period last year, the startup aims to deploy its fleet across the capital to reduce urban carbon emissions.

Since its inception, the firm has raised a cumulative £4.5m. The business operates its own warehousing for vehicle maintenance and battery charging.
