£1.5MSeed

Huler provides a software platform designed to simplify employee communications and information access. The Stoke-based company serves enterprise clients looking to streamline digital workspaces.

Huler has secured £1.5m in a seed follow-on investment round from the MEIF Proof of Concept and Early Stage Fund, managed by Mercia Ventures, alongside Mercia's EIS funds. The capital injection will be directed toward product development for the HulerHub platform, revenue expansion, and the creation of ten new jobs in Stoke. This latest transaction follows a previous funding round in December 2022, bringing the company's total external funding to £3.5m.

Launched in early 2022, HulerHub consolidates workplace applications and communication channels into a single interface. The company reports adoption from major clients such as Travelodge, Centrica, and EE, and anticipates a significant rise in annual recurring revenue for the current financial year. Alongside the financing, Huler has appointed David Kelly as chief revenue officer to support ongoing commercial growth.

From the founder

"With hybrid and remote working now considered normal, employees are increasingly reliant on technology to stay connected and productive, but the adoption of incohesive, clunky technology is contributing to burnout, and decreased engagement. HulerHub is designed to make work simple again. This investment will help us fuel our revenue growth and further develop the product to bring maximum value to our clients."
