HowNow raises £7.5m in Series A funding from Mercia Ventures, Pearson, and Fuel Ventures to drive product innovation and artificial intelligence integration

HowNow provides an artificial intelligence powered learning and skills platform that helps businesses identify and close skills gaps. The company serves enterprise and mid-market clients across over thirty countries.

London based learning platform HowNow has secured £7.5m in a Series A funding round led by Mercia Ventures alongside Pearson and Fuel Ventures. The capital follows a previous £4m seed round and brings total funding to £11m.

The fresh capital will be directed towards product development and ongoing artificial intelligence integration, as well as scaling go to market operations and expanding into new markets. Chief executive Nelson Sivalingam stated that the investment supports the goal of upskilling 10 million people by 2030.

Founded in 2015, the company has experienced rapid revenue growth and counts organisations such as TomTom and MoneyBox among its customers.
