Homesearch provides property data and estate agent prospecting tools designed to help agents generate leads and win new instructions. The platform aggregates extensive property information to assist professionals across the United Kingdom residential market.

Homesearch has secured £5m in a Series A funding round led by Octopus Ventures, an investor known for backing Zoopla. The London based property data platform will direct the capital towards expanding its product suite and enriching data resources to improve seller and landlord lead generation for estate agents. This injection follows a period of notable growth and industry recognition for the company. Octopus Ventures joins as the sole participant in this financing round to support the firm through its next phase of development.
