HireAra provides an artificial intelligence platform designed for recruitment agencies to generate branded candidate presentations. The software aims to reduce administrative overhead and accelerate placement speeds.
London based recruitment technology startup HireAra has secured £450k in a seed funding round. The financing saw participation from private crowdfunding alongside various industry figures and customers, including the founders of Mercury, SourceWhale, One Up Sales, and Candidate.ID.
Funds raised from the round will be allocated toward scaling the sales division and releasing two new content products over the course of 2024. The capital injection arrives twenty months after the company was spun out from DigiBlu in April 2022.
The business currently counts several major recruitment firms among its client base, having processed tens of thousands of candidate profiles through its automated presentation tool during the previous year.
