BGF has led a £3m follow-on investment in the compliance software provider.
Hicomply provides a software platform that helps small and medium enterprises automate information security compliance and build management systems. The company enables businesses to secure data, manage risk, and prepare for audits efficiently.
Software platform Hicomply has raised £3m in a seed follow-on investment led by BGF. The funding will be deployed to accelerate growth through sales and marketing investments, alongside ongoing product development.
Chief executive Ed Bartlett noted that remote working models and rising cyber risks have pushed data security to the forefront for commercial organisations. BGF investor Chris Boyes cited the region's strong talent pool and growing technology sector as key factors supporting the transaction.
