Leeds-based digital wellbeing provider Hero Wellbeing has secured £825k in seed funding from Mercia via the Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund. The capital will be directed towards software enhancements, team expansion, and marketing activities.
Launched in 2018, the company offers a Navigator platform designed to track employee health initiatives and measure return on investment. The latest backing will enable the firm to create six new jobs, building upon its existing team of over 50 staff.
