Employee benefits provider Heka has secured £1m in a pre-seed funding round led by Playfair Capital. The capital will support further team expansion and organisational growth following the company rebrand from GoSweat. The round surpassed an initial target of £750k within two months of launch, drawing backing from industry angels, former professional athletes and mental health specialists. Heka provides a digital wellness platform designed to accommodate remote, hybrid and office-based workforces through virtual and physical experiences.
