Healsgood is a healthtech company that develops Flexzo AI, a platform designed to improve operational efficiency and staffing within the National Health Service. The software provides NHS trusts with direct access to a compliant talent pool for internal clinics and theatre sessions.

Healsgood has raised £1.5m in an oversubscribed funding round led by Fuel Ventures. The capital will be deployed to enhance the company technology platforms, grow its staff bank, and accelerate adoption of the Flexzo AI software across additional National Health Service trusts.

Founded by Jack Henderson, the company provides an insourcing solution that enables hospitals to run extra clinics and theatre sessions internally rather than using external providers. The platform connects trusts with a pool of more than 30,000 healthcare professionals to address waiting lists and administrative burdens.
