Gyana raises £3m in pre-Series A funding from Fuel Ventures and angel investors to expand across Europe.
The round was led by Fuel Ventures with backing from Biz Stone, Green Shores Capital, and U+I.
Gyana is a London-based data science software firm that develops no-code analytics tools for enterprises. Its platform enables non-technical users to process big data without writing code.
London data science startup Gyana has secured £3m in pre-Series A funding led by Fuel Ventures. The round also drew participation from Twitter co-founder Biz Stone, Green Shores Capital, and U+I.
The capital will be directed toward scaling the user base for the company software and driving expansion into European markets. Gyana currently offers Neera, a human movement data tool used by clients such as Vodafone and Barclays, alongside its newer Vayu no-code platform.
Founded in 2016 by Oxford MBA graduates Joyeeta Das and David Kell, the company has grown steadily, securing substantial long-term contracts and generating turnover exceeding £1m.
