Guider has secured £2.4m in seed funding led by Fuel Ventures. The capital will be deployed to develop its mentoring technology further and accelerate international expansion as demand grows amid wider industry shifts in workforce retention.
The company provides software designed to make workplace mentoring more scalable and accessible for large enterprises. Its platform is currently utilised by numerous prominent brands, including EY, Deloitte, Marks and Spencer, and LVMH, spanning over 100,000 users globally.
Fuel Ventures backed the latest financing round to support the firm as it targets broader enterprise markets. The investment aims to reinforce the platform capabilities in matching mentors and delivering metrics for corporate learning cultures.
