Norwich-based sustainability platform Greenr.co.uk has raised £260k in a seed round supported by Anglia Capital Group. The company plans to use the capital to support its multi-vendor marketplace, which aggregates ethical products and calculates environmental savings compared to mainstream alternatives.
The funding follows an approach by the founders to Anglia Capital Group earlier in the year. The platform aims to simplify ethical shopping by displaying clear certifications and impact metrics such as carbon emissions, water waste, and plastic waste saved per product.

We can see that consumers aren’t seeing the changes they want to see, so they’re taking it into their own hands to tackle the problem and feel better and more in control.
