£22.0MSeries A

Goodstack provides a global SaaS and fintech platform that builds purpose into business, offering technology for corporate grants, product donations, and charitable giving. Formerly known as Percent, the company develops AI-powered software to transform global philanthropy.

Goodstack has secured £22m in a Series A funding round led by General Catalyst. The investment includes participation from existing backers Morpheus Ventures and Repeat. The company plans to direct the new capital towards product development and expanding its headcount throughout 2025.

Operating across offices in London, San Francisco and Sydney, the platform is on track to facilitate over $3bn in donations during 2024. The fresh capital will support the ongoing development of its technology stack aimed at both corporate philanthropy and nonprofit verification.

Investor perspective

"Goodstack enables its customers to serve all stakeholders—employees, customers, and communities—by supporting nonprofits and charitable giving. The validation and trust that partners like LinkedIn and Canva have in Goodstack is a powerful testament to the company’s value, and combined with strong leadership, positions Goodstack well for continued success."
