Gigged.AI provides an AI-powered talent platform designed to help enterprise technology leaders manage internal employees, contingent workers and AI agents. Headquartered in Glasgow, the company addresses growing skills shortages through its intelligent matching capabilities.
Glasgow-headquartered HR technology startup Gigged.AI has secured £1.6m in seed funding to scale its operations. The round was led by Par Equity, with participation from existing investor Techstart Ventures, Nile HQ, and various entrepreneurs.
The company deploys artificial intelligence matching algorithms to help businesses source, onboard, and retain technical talent. The fresh capital arrives as organisations navigate labour market shifts, including remote work trends and sector layoffs, positioning the platform to support clients ranging from major enterprises to universities.
Following this investment, Gigged.AI plans to expand its team over the coming year across its Glasgow and London hubs as well as remotely. The company also anticipates announcing new partnerships and contract wins in the months ahead.
