Geordie provides security and runtime governance software to monitor and control autonomous enterprise AI agents.

London security startup Geordie has raised $30m in a Series A funding round led by Balderton Capital. The investment values the company at approximately $180m and includes participation from new backer Crosspoint Capital, alongside existing investors General Catalyst and Ten Eleven Ventures.

The capital arrives as enterprises rush to deploy and govern autonomous AI agents across their corporate infrastructure. Geordie intends to support its ongoing team expansion, with headcount projected to grow from 37 to 50 employees across its London and New York offices.

The firm provides real-time visibility and runtime remediation suites, allowing security teams to monitor agent behaviour and data access without blocking deployment. The company recently reported rapid annual recurring revenue growth during the first five months of 2026 and won the RSAC 2026 Innovation Sandbox showcase.
