Gener8 raises £2.1m in seed funding from angel investors including Tinie Tempah and Harry Redknapp
The web browser company secured backing from a consortium of high profile angel investors following a television appearance.

Gener8 has secured £2.1m in a seed funding round following its appearance on television programme Dragons' Den. A consortium of angel investors, including musician Tinie Tempah, football manager Harry Redknapp, and pharmaceutical executive Tej Lalvani, participated in the raise alongside existing backers Peter Jones and Touker Suleyman. The new capital values the startup at more than £10m, representing a significant valuation increase since its television pitch in April. The company has experienced rapid adoption recently, with downloads surging as users seek alternatives to traditional online data tracking.
