Fuuse develops a software platform designed to manage and optimise electric vehicle charging infrastructure for various organisations. Based in Lancaster, the firm helps clients oversee charging networks, payments, and energy consumption.

Lancaster-based electric vehicle charge point management platform Fuuse has secured £8.7m in a Series A funding round. The investment was led by YFM Equity Partners, with additional backing from existing investor Par Equity and an angel syndicate.

The capital will be directed towards scaling the firm's enterprise product offerings and expanding services for its network of solutions partners. Fuuse has experienced rapid growth over the past year, increasing its client base and processing millions in charging transactions.

The fresh funding arrives as the company continues to develop innovations in energy optimisation, including vehicle-to-grid integration and wireless induction charging. Its platform is utilised by major organisations spanning aviation, utilities, and transport.
