Manchester-based digital account provider Frost has secured £1.9m through a crowdfunding campaign on Seedrs. The company closed its raise ahead of schedule with participation from 184 investors in exchange for a 12.12% equity stake.
The capital will support the firm as it rolls out new features, including a forthcoming broadband switching service. Frost operates as an authorised electronic money institution and integrates automated tools to help customers reduce household utility costs.
