Frontline announces £61.3m Seed Fund III to back European business-to-business technology entrepreneurs
The venture firm has launched its third seed fund with backing from institutional investors and software entrepreneurs.
Frontline is a venture capital firm that invests in early-stage and growth-stage business-to-business technology companies across Europe and the United States. The firm operates dual strategies focused on seeding European startups and facilitating transatlantic expansion.
Venture firm Frontline has announced a €70m seed fund to back early-stage business-to-business technology entrepreneurs in Europe. Seed Fund III brings the firm's total assets under management to €250m, following previous investments in companies such as Logentries, Orchestrate and Pointy.
The new fund receives backing from returning institutional investors including the European Investment Fund, Ireland Strategic Investment Fund and AIB, alongside ten software entrepreneurs from Europe and the United States. Frontline aims to use the capital to support founders seeking global expansion, drawing on its experience bridging European startups with the US market.
